Pre-Registration
• Submitting a registration form does not guarantee participation.
• To complete your registration and reserve your space a payment is required.
• If you choose to pay the day of the event you will be considered a “Walk-in”.
• Walk-ins will be charged an additional fee of $10.
• Walk-ins are not guaranteed a space.
• Citizen LA adheres to a strict rolling registration policy (meaning, you must re-register each month in order to reserve a space.)
Location
• Use the driveway entrance from Main Street.
• The Art Park is an actual parking lot.
• Vehicles can enter and unload their materials.
• Vehicles must vacate the lot by 3pm when the event begins.
• Please be aware that parking situation in downtown LA is difficult.
Consequently “load-in” is equally difficult (but we are trying our best to make this as easy as possible.)
Space Assignments
• All spaces are pre-assigned by us based on the time stamp of your online registration.
• You cannot request a specific area in the park.
• You cannot request your previous space.
Load-In
• Please SIGN IN when you arrive (we will be following the sign in sheet.)
• All artists/vendors must show up during the assigned time or the space may be reassigned to another vendor without a refund.
• Do not block the driveway entrance.
• Do not drive into the lot until you are instructed to do so.
• Do not unload into a space until you are instructed to do so.
• If possible, drop-off a representative from your party to sign-in, then come back.
Spaces / Set-Up
• All set-ups are ‘Bare Bones’; meaning asphalt floors and no booths.
• Let us know if you have any other special requirements and we will do our best to accommodate you.
• Please exercise caution in setting up exhibits in order to avoid injuries.
Event Lighting
• The event is lit for general purposes.
• All Artists/Vendors are required to use fluorescent light bulbs (CFL).
• No regular lights or industrial work lights will be allowed.
Additional Equipment
• Additional equipment such as canopies, tables, chairs and other items are not available for rent the "day of" the event.
• Reservations must be made at least one week prior to the event for special requests.
Information Booth
• Unsolicited marketing materials (postcards, flyers, etc.) are not permitted without the prior consent of
Citizen LA.
General Policies
• Food and drinks purchased outside the Citizen LA Downtown Art Park are not permitted in the park.
• Citizen LA, Inc. does not condone or endorse any illegal activity within the Downtown Art Park grounds.
• All Artist/Performers are responsible for keeping their areas clean and safe.
